Kajabi Course Build & Navigation

I have all of my teaching material almost ready and now need it assembled inside Kajabi. I can upload and organise the video lessons, attaching the downloadable resources to the correct lessons, but I need assistance in drip feeding the lessons to the students after they've completed each part. I also want to send them emails to encourage them to complete the lesson etc. I want to highest chance of success in them completing the course. I need you to help me work out the flow of the course rather than how it looks - the graphics etc I'm happy with.

There are five lessons and each lesson is in four parts.

1. Welcome Video
2. Part One: Video, PDF worksheet and transcript
3. Part Two: Video, PDF worksheet and transcript
4. Part Three: Video, PDF worksheet and transcript

My quest is to get the student to complete Part 1 of each lesson and then, if they don't move on to part 2, they are promoted after 3 days and then again after X days (I need some advice on what is the most effective timing).

So I'm looking for someone who has set this up before and knows the best way to keep the students moving through the course - encouraging hem without hassling them.

Maybe also celebrating after they compete each of the five parts too,
