Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Instructional Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, designing, and developing instructional materials and programs. The Junior Instructional Designer will work closely with the senior instructional designer and team leader to ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet the expected quality.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the senior instructional designer and project manager to design and develop training materials across a diverse range of topics
Design and develop interactive, multimedia, and e-learning materials, including videos, images, and other digital media
Use instructional design principles to create engaging, effective, and interactive learning experiences
Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training materials and programs
Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
Expertise and experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in instructional design or related field
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories
Proficiency in e-learning software and authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
