Instructional Designers for an Energy Company

We are a digital transformation company helping customers across industries, from financial services to healthcare, achieve greater agility through transformed and automated customer experiences seeking instructional designers to work on one of our projects.

We have a project where our client needs curriculum transformation. The project team is tasked to integrate engaging activities and increase skills practice in an online training set-up.

For this project, you will be converting self-paced training materials to virtual instructor-led materials, and you need to think of engaging activities in a remote training setup. You will be working with a team of designers during the duration of the project.

Work Scope:
- Develop Rise 360 courses and quick reference guides
- Develop facilitator guides, participant guides, activity guides, and PowerPoint Presentations
- Conduct efficient research on source content as needed

Skill Requirements:
- Experience as an instructional designer
- Experience developing courses using Articulate Rise 360 (must have own license)
- Solid oral and written English communication skills
- Talent who can conceptualize the training approach methodology
