Instructional Designer (E-learning and ILT)

A client is looking for an Instructional Designer who will the team assist with creating content for new-hire training.

The solution is to follow a blended approach of self-paced and instructor-led content.
The performance goals are to improve the associate's effectiveness, increase the customer’s experience, and retain employees.

Scope of work:
﹘Script engaging training content and activities for one or more types of delivery (virtual instructor-led facilitator guides, L2/L3 e-learning storyboards, video storyboards, job aids, assessments, etc.)
﹘Work with a team of other instructional designers and e-learning developers
﹘Attend regular touch-base calls to provide progress
﹘Conduct efficient research on source content as needed

Skill Requirements:
﹘Experience as an instructional designer
﹘Solid oral and written English communication skills
﹘Be able to conceptualize the training approach methodology

Work Schedule and Availability:
﹘Must work between the hours of the 7:00 AM-4:00 PM US Eastern time
﹘Can work 37.5 hours per week
