All courses should be designed for an intermediate to advanced level of understanding. It's crucial that you can break down complex concepts into manageable, easy-to-understand segments.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proven instructional design and writing experience
- Strong understanding of the specified technology subjects
- Ability to create engaging, easy-to-follow course materials
- Experience designing for an intermediate level
- Knowledge of online course design best practices
Experience with Learn Worlds platform preferred but not essential
Courses should be around 4 weeks duration and have a sequential quizz based assessments
