Instructional Designer / Skool Community Builder Needed to Create a Plug-and-Play Business Community

I am building a paid Skool community around teaching people how to start a simple, ethical, recurring-income business using local services, lead generation, referrals, and AI-assisted business systems.

I need an experienced freelancer who can help turn my ideas into a structured, launch-ready Skool community with curriculum, classroom organization, onboarding, and core member resources.

This is not just a VA upload job. I am looking for someone who understands:

• curriculum design
• membership communities
• content structuring

• onboarding and retention
• Skool setup and organization

Scope of work

I want help with:

1. Course / curriculum design
• turn my rough ideas into a structured curriculum
• create a clear learning path for beginners
• organize content into modules and lessons
• keep it simple, practical, and action-oriented

2. Content creation
• write lesson outlines and lesson copy/scripts
• create worksheets, checklists, templates, and action steps
• create “Start Here” content
• create onboarding resources
• create pinned posts / community guidance posts

3. Skool community setup
• organize the classroom
• structure categories and posting flow
• set up welcome content
• set up rules / culture posts
• map out engagement ideas
• create a clean member journey from signup to first win

4. Launch-ready handoff
• make this feel as plug-and-play as possible
• provide a simple handoff doc so I can manage it after setup
• organize files clearly
• suggest what should be added later for scaling
