Instructional Designer

We are currently seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials for our esteemed clients. Primary responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, designing curriculum and courses, as well as developing instructional materials such as presentations, videos, and interactive activities. The suitable candidate should possess a strong background in instructional design, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting a comprehensive needs analysis to ascertain client requirements
- Designing and developing captivating curriculum and courses
- Crafting instructional materials such as presentations, videos, and interactive activities
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content
- Evaluating and making necessary modifications to existing training materials

Requirements:

- A proven track record of work experience as an Instructional Designer
- Profound knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
