Instructional Design Specialist
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are looking for an ID to add value to our Instructional Design capabilities. These are the expectations:
Well-versed in the full instructional design / instructional systems design lifecycle, from needs analysis through evaluation.
Able to work independently on end-to-end instructional design process tasks.
Strong content analysis, design, storyboarding and scripting, and visualization skills.
Strong ability to ensure effective page-level instructional design in line with applicable multimedia principles.
Fair understanding of learning theories and models and ability to effectively apply them while solutioning.
Strong English language written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent creative writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
