Hybrid Spanish Course Development

I’m getting ready to launch a new Spanish program that blends live, face-to-face sessions with an online classroom, and I’d like a skilled professional to help me shape it into a polished, ready-to-deliver course.
Here’s what I have so far: the class will be taught in a hybrid format, so every topic needs a version that works equally well in the physical room and on a video call. My rough content map covers beginner through intermediate grammar, conversation practice, and cultural notes, but it still needs clear weekly objectives, engaging activities, and assessments.
What I need from you
• A structured curriculum outline broken down into modules, lessons, and measurable outcomes
• Digital materials (slide decks, PDFs, worksheets) that students can access online or print for in-person use
• Guidance on selecting and setting up common tools—think Zoom, Google Classroom or similar—for the virtual side of the class
• Short formative assessments and one summative test that can be graded both online and on paper
• A brief trainer’s guide so any substitute teacher can step in without losing continuity
