Higher-Ed eLearning Course Creation

Job ID: 40322411

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I’m building a full online course aimed at masters-level learners and need a skilled instructional designer who can take the raw subject matter I’ll supply and turn it into a polished, media-rich eLearning experience. The course must feel engaging and academically rigorous while still being intuitive to navigate.

Core learning assets I want developed are interactive quizzes that give immediate, targeted feedback, concise video tutorials that break down key concepts, and neatly formatted downloadable resources students can reference offline. I’m open to your preferred authoring platform—Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar—as long as the final package is SCORM-compliant and plays smoothly in a standard LMS.

I’ll provide the learning objectives, outline, and any existing materials. You will handle the full design cycle: scripting, storyboarding, asset creation, and integration. Please build in universal design principles (WCAG 2.1 AA) so the content is accessible to all students.

Deliverables
• Detailed storyboard for each module
• SCORM-ready course files with quizzes, videos, and resources fully linked
• Source files for future edits (original video files, quiz banks, editable templates)
• A short implementation guide so my LMS admin can upload the course without issues

Acceptance criteria
• All learning objectives are visibly aligned to activities and assessments
• Quizzes provide at least 80% question bank randomization and instant feedback
• Videos are captioned and compressed for fast streaming (<1080p/2 Mbps)
• Course passes SCORM 1.2 validation and accessibility check

If you’ve recently designed higher-ed courses that combine video, interaction, and downloadable study aids, I’d love to see examples. Let’s create something students will remember.
