Higher Ed Online Course Design

I'm seeking an experienced instructional designer to create an online course for higher education QM qualified. Using my published dissertation and trademarked Framework. The course will be hosted on Blackboard and should include:

- Text-based lessons
- Interactive quizzes
- Multimedia presentations

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in instructional design for online courses
- Proficiency with Blackboard LMS
- Strong ability to create engaging text-based, quiz, and multimedia content
- Experience in higher education content development
