About the Role
We are seeking an experienced food safety trainer or instructional designer to create a full HACCP Level 2 course (text-based learning content) that can be adapted for online e-learning. The course will then be submitted to CPD for accreditation under the FlexiLearn Hub brand.
Deliverables
Complete HACCP Level 2 course script written in clear, engaging, plain English
Content suitable for online self-paced learning
Includes:
Learning objectives & outcomes
Clear, structured modules covering HACCP principles, CCPs, hazards, record-keeping, and legal requirements
Knowledge check questions and a final assessment bank
Glossary of key terms
Written to UK/EU food safety standards and legislation
Proof that all material is original and free from copyright restrictions
Requirements
Proven expertise in HACCP, food safety, or environmental health
Previous experience writing accredited training content preferred
Understanding of UK/EU food hygiene legislation
Ability to write for both hospitality and care sector audiences
Must provide written assurance of copyright ownership and that the work is free to be licensed by FlexiLearn Hub
