The role
As an Instructional Designer, you will play a leading role in creating modern, creative, and effective eLearning courses. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (content, development, consulting) and with clients from various sectors to:
- Enrich and update the Skillato® Bas!cs course catalog
- Design and deliver customized e-learning courses using tools such as Articulate 360, iSpring, Synthesia, and others
- Bring multimedia content to life (AI voiceovers, interactive SCORM, videos, and microlearning)
- Advise clients on how to get the most out of the Skillato® platform
- Experiment with new tools and approaches for digital training
- Collaborate with the development team on new features and quality assurance activities
A dynamic role, perfect for those who want to combine creativity, technology, and teaching.
What we are looking for:
- Passion for digital technology, innovation, and training
- Experience in e-learning/digital learning design
- Excellent writing and creative storytelling skills
- Solid knowledge of Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
- Good knowledge of iSpring and AI tools for voiceovers, subtitles, and content creation
- Problem-solving skills, independent organization, and customer/project management
- English B2 or higher
**Italian speaking and writing is mandatory**
Plus: knowledge of Vyond, Synthesia, Captivate, Elucidat, Figma, video editing, LMS management (Moodle, Docebo, Degreed), basics of HTML/JS, Excel.
