Ideal freelancer has:
• At minimum 3+ years of directly related work experience in instructional design
• Knowledge of instructional design techniques, with a particular emphasis on developing instructor-led training programs required
• Strong proficiency with instructional design tools required
• Exposure to fundamentals of Adult Learning, Organizational Development / Training and Development required
• Familiar with Captivate, Articulate Storyline or some other elearning software
