Design Four Instructor-Led Student Courses

Job ID: 40078345

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

We are ready to expand our learning platform with four fresh, instructor-led courses that help university students boost productivity and prepare for the workplace. Each course will run 4–6 hours in total (split into manageable sessions) and must feel practical, engaging, and immediately usable.

Scope
The content should center on time management, career planning, and effective study techniques. I want you to weave these themes through every lesson rather than treat them as standalone modules—show students how good habits in one area reinforce success in the others.

What I need from you
• A concise course outline for all four titles, showing learning objectives, session flow, and key activities
• Full instructor notes and talking points
• Slide decks (PowerPoint or Google Slides) that pair naturally with the notes
• Simple learner handouts or worksheets to keep the sessions interactive
• Short knowledge checks and a final assessment for each course

Style & delivery
The tone should be friendly and motivating, with clear, jargon-free explanations and plenty of real-world examples. Feel free to recommend group exercises, role-plays, or quick reflection prompts—anything that keeps an in-person or virtual classroom lively.

Selection criteria
I’m most interested in your experience designing instructor-led training for students or early-career professionals. When you respond, highlight one or two projects that show you can create engaging classroom experiences and share any links or samples you’re allowed to show.

Once we agree on the outlines, we’ll set milestones for draft materials and final files so we stay on track. I’m eager to get these courses live soon and look forward to seeing how you can bring them to life.

While we currently curate free courses from platforms like Udemy, Coursera, and Simplilearn, we now want to develop 4–5 proprietary beginner-friendly courses that are hosted natively on our platform and tailored specifically for college students and fresh graduates.

We are looking for an experienced course creator / instructional designer / e-learning developer who can design, develop, and deliver these courses in animated or instructor-led video format.
