Design Adolescent Academic Support Program
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m currently studying education and want to turn my classroom experience and passion for communication into a structured programme d’accompagnement aimed at adolescents who need soutien scolaire. To move from ideas to a concrete, ready-to-run offer, I’m looking for a collaborator who can help me shape every aspect of the programme: objectives, session flow, engaging activities, assessment checkpoints and the resources that back it all up.
The end goal is a clear, modular framework that any tutor—or I myself—can follow with teens across core subjects. I have the pedagogical vision; you’ll help me translate it into:
• A detailed programme blueprint covering 8–10 weekly sessions, each with learning goals, interactive exercises and homework suggestions.
• Printable and digital support materials (slides, worksheets, brief quizzes) that stay visually consistent.
• Guidance notes on tone and communication techniques suitable for teenagers so sessions remain supportive and motivating.
• Simple evaluation tools to track progress and adjust the plan when needed.
I’m comfortable with Google Workspace and Canva, so files delivered in those formats—or equally accessible alternatives—will fit perfectly. If you regularly work with evidence-based learning strategies or youth coaching methods, tell me about them; that insight will shape how we scaffold the content and keep adolescents engaged.
Once I have the full set, I’ll pilot the programme with a small group at my university’s tutoring centre, so clarity, usability and teen-friendly language are non-negotiable. If this sounds like a project you’d enjoy, share a sample of similar educational materials you’ve created and a short outline of your proposed approach. I’m ready to start right away and look forward to crafting an inspiring academic support journey together.
