Customer Education Workbook Development

Looking for someone creative with an eye for detail to take a 50 page Canva document and clean up the design work. This project is a workbook designed to educate older adults on the process of downsizing and transitioning from their current home to a smaller one. It covers all aspects of relocation and moving. I am not looking for content development. I am looking for someone to make it look extremely professional and polished.
