Course Materials Reformat & Media Kit

Job ID: 40388854

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have two licensed courses that must be rebuilt so everything aligns perfectly with my existing style guide and logos. Each course currently sits in rough, mixed-format Word and PowerPoint files; what I need is a clean, on-brand learning package I can roll out again and again.

Scope of work
• PowerPoint: Build a new master deck (two alternate layouts) that locks in my approved slide layouts, colour scheme and fonts. Then migrate 68 slides per course into that master, replacing any copyrighted imagery with relevant public-domain graphics.
• Guides: Reformat the 49-page student guide and 63-page instructor guide for each course so headings, typography, colours and iconography mirror the slide deck. Content stays the same—only the look and feel changes.
• Quick Reference: Design a concise, 2-page cheat sheet for learners in the same style.
• Misc Docs: Apply the style guide to roughly 10 pages of supporting Word documents per course.
• Speaker Media Kit: Create a branded kit I can share with conference organisers—bio, session descriptions, headshots and key course highlights—following the same visual language.

Acceptance criteria
1. Every asset matches the colour palette, fonts and logo usage in the provided style guide.
2. All images are verified public-domain or supplied by me.
3. Final files delivered in editable formats: PPTX for slides, DOCX/INDD (or your preferred layout tool) plus print-ready PDFs for guides and media kit.
4. Master deck functions as a reusable template for future courses without breaking styles.

If you’re experienced in PowerPoint template creation, document layout and instructional design formatting, I’d love to see examples of similar, style-driven projects you’ve handled.
