I run a senior-secondary school following the CBSE pattern and need one professional who can take Science, Social Science and Computer Science for grades 9-12. Beyond simply teaching the periods, the assignment covers the full academic cycle: crafting CBSE-aligned lesson plans, delivering engaging classes, setting and grading assessments, and maintaining a disciplined yet encouraging classroom atmosphere.
To succeed here you will have to:
• map every unit to the latest CBSE syllabus and prepare board-oriented lesson plans ahead of each term;
• design formative and summative tests, provide detailed marking schemes, and turn them around quickly for student feedback;
• apply sound classroom-management techniques so that learning time is maximised and disruptive behaviour is minimal.
Digital resources are welcome—interactive simulations, simple coding exercises, presentations—so familiarity with basic ed-tech tools will be valued.
Acceptance criteria for each term
1. Complete lesson plan pack (unit outlines, activities, required materials) submitted before classes begin.
2. Minimum two graded assessments per month with clear rubrics.
3. Mid-term and term-end progress reports for every student in all three subjects.
4. Evidence of strategies used for classroom management and student engagement.
