Build supervisory training

We have two types of supervisors - those who are team leads on a manufacturing line and those who actually supervise (first level management). Would like to create a two-tiered supervisory training for those who team lead (don't have direct management responsibility) and those who supervise. We have Franklin Covey and Open Sesame as tools. We have small sites all over the US so ideally this program would be both self-paced but with an element of check-ins to ensure they are practicing what they are learning. Eventually would want the capability to translate into multiple languages to be used around the world.
