Bartender Customer Service E-Learning Guide

Job ID: 39926203

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m putting together a compact, interactive e-learning module aimed at seasoned bartenders who want to sharpen their customer-service edge. The focus isn’t on drink recipes or bar setup—it’s purely about the soft skills that turn a good pour into a memorable guest experience.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A concise storyboard (one short learning path of about 15–20 minutes).
• Engaging interactions—click-to-reveal tips, quick scenario choices, a short quiz—to keep experienced staff interested.
• Practical coverage of greeting and body language, reading guest cues, personalised recommendations, tactful upselling, and smoothing over complaints.
• A lightweight prototype that runs in any modern browser; SCORM-compliant output from tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate is ideal so I can drop it straight into our LMS.

Keep the design clean, branded placeholders are fine, and use voice-over only if it speeds the learning; otherwise on-screen text is enough. I don’t need a full production—just a solid, ready-to-use module I can refine later. If you have examples of similar micro-learning you’ve built, please share them with your proposal so I can gauge style and interactivity.
