Arabic ELearning Instructional Designer

Job ID: 40110730

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m building a set of Arabic-language interactive courses that guide young professionals through proven career-advancement strategies. The goal is to combine clear instructional design with culturally relevant examples so learners leave each module knowing exactly how to network, plan a career path, and position themselves for promotion.

Here’s how I picture the workflow: we first outline the learning objectives, then move into storyboards packed with branching scenarios, micro-interactions, and knowledge checks. While interactive courses are the core deliverable, I’m happy to weave in short video clips or auto-graded quizzes if they strengthen engagement. Leadership and communication themes could appear as supporting threads, but the primary focus remains practical, step-by-step advancement tactics.

I’m looking for an instructional designer who writes naturally in Modern Standard Arabic, understands adult learning theory, and is comfortable authoring in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or an equivalent SCORM-compatible platform. Deliverables will include the detailed design document, media assets, and a fully functional SCORM package ready for upload to our LMS.

If you have a portfolio showcasing Arabic interactive learning—especially on professional development topics—let’s talk about timelines and milestones so we can get this course live soon.
