Single Instance Oracle Installation Setup

I’m spinning up a new Linux server and need an experienced Oracle DBA who can handle the complete installation and initial configuration of a single-instance Oracle database. Your job starts with preparing the OS for Oracle (kernel parameters, user limits, required packages) and ends when I can connect, create a test schema, and see that everything runs smoothly.

• Task scope: fresh install and configuration only—no RAC or Data Guard at this stage.
• Platform: Oracle on Linux (current enterprise distribution).
• Expectations: clean install, properly configured memory, listener, ASM/file-system layout, and a short, well-commented script or document summarising every step so I can reproduce it later.
I have root access ready along with any ISO or RPM you request. Let me know your preferred Oracle version (19c or latest supported) and the approximate timeline you need once credentials are provided.
