I need an experienced lab-software specialist to handle the full life-cycle of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for our facility. The scope covers initial installation, detailed configuration to match our existing workflows, and dependable ongoing support and maintenance so the system stays compliant and performs smoothly as we scale.
Key objectives
• Clean, secure installation of the chosen LIMS on our servers or approved cloud instance
• Configuration of user roles, sample tracking, reporting templates, and any required instrument interfaces
• Validation or verification steps documented to meet our internal QA requirements
• Clear hand-off documentation plus short user training so staff can begin working day-to-day without delays
• Responsive support after go-live, including periodic preventive checks, troubleshooting, and version updates
Acceptance criteria
• LIMS dashboard loads without errors for all authorised users
• Data capture, search, and report generation reflect the tested use cases we will supply
• A concise admin guide and a quick-start user guide delivered in PDF
• Agreed support response times met for the first three months post-deployment
