Commercial Ethernet Cabling Installation NJ
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a skilled low-voltage technician to run and terminate Ethernet cabling throughout a commercial building in northern New Jersey. The job centers solely on networking—no security or A/V work—so your expertise should be in properly pulling Cat6/Cat6A, dressing it to code, labeling each drop, terminating on patch panels and keystone jacks, and certifying every run.
The space is an active office environment, so neat workmanship and minimal disruption during business hours are critical. You’ll be working around existing conduit and ceiling grid, then testing with a Fluke or comparable certification tool to provide printed results for each line.
Deliverables
• All cable runs installed, labeled, and secured to NEC standards
• Patch panel and faceplate terminations completed and clearly marked
• Certification reports confirming performance for every drop
• A brief as-built map showing drop locations
If you have recent commercial projects, pictures or references will help me gauge fit. Let me know your earliest on-site availability and how long you expect the job to take.
