I need an instagram manager

I am a style coach and a self-image consultant based in Tokyo, I have been hiring an Australia-based, monolingual sns manager for over 2 years but they have not been helpful in growing my followers, nor saving me time all this while. I bought a Canva package and decreased our post to 3x a week several months ago. I'd love to know what your team can do in maintaining our current aesthetics as well as being more proactive with results.
