I need an Instagram reels expert

I did multiple courses on Instagram reels in 2021 - started shooting, editing and posting daily, most inspiration comes from what works on other peoples profiles. At first my reels were only getting 3000 views, 2 months in views are barely 500, privately I get positive feedback but statistics show that everything is a total flop. Follower growth is negative. I’m looking for someone to guide me on how to make my fashion and aesthetics reels account to finally work so I can start getting brand collaborations.
