I have instagram page - i need someone to see if it all set up properly

Hi, I have instagram set up for my kid music videos, I need someone to check it out to see if it is all properly set up , set up hashtag and tell me that what all i need to take care of when I upload new videos. and anything other which is imortant to me, like - can I use thumbnails on videos, and How do i upload thumbnails - i can make thumnails on canva. I need to make it super optimized :-) LATER on I will go for How to set up Ads for post - but this will be saperate project.
