Social Media: Instagram account needs to be 'repaired' and assessed

Task 1: I am currently following 4.640 accounts. Already for almost a year Instagram does not allow me to unfollow profiles I currently follow. Every time I try it seems like the unfollowing worked, however by reloading the page the number of profiles I am following changes back to the initial number.
Task: Please unfollow all of the profiles I am following except a list of profiles (which I will be providing) that I'd like to keep (please let me know the format that works best for you).

Task 2: Many years ago I have worked with methods to recruit followers that Instagram 'did not like'. Compared to posts in the past new posts are hardly displayed to any accounts: my Reach is super low.
Task: Is there a way to find out if Instagram has 'internally marked my profile as a 'bad profile''? Does it make sense to continue putting afford into this profile or does it make more sense to open a new one?

Why do I want this tasks to be fixed?
In the past I loved my Social Media accounts. However, as I (my profile) has been punished by Instagram again and again (not being able to follow profiles for some time, not being able to post for some time, etc.) I lost my passion and over a year ago I have given up on Instagram. Now I want someone with good Instagram skills to look at my account and give advice on if/how to continue best.

Please note that I am not looking for any kind of solution that is solved by fake social engagement.
