Reinstate Deactivated Instagram Business Account and other future marketing and ad support

We've unfortunately been dealing with a deactivated Instagram business account for over two weeks now. Given the reason was an infringement of community guidelines, we are seeking a knowledgeable expert who can help us take the following actions urgently:

* Liaise with Instagram to understand the specifics of the guidelines we have purportedly infringed
* Work with us to correct any issues and get our business account restored

After this initial project has been achieved (and obviously for an additional fee) we would also like an expert to overview our use of Instagram as a whole, help us set up a marketing and advertising strategy and help us integrate instagram (and maybe facebook too) with our shopify store. We're a young business who has just secured some growth financing and need to step our marketing and PR up a gear.

The ideal freelancer for this project would be experienced with Instagram's community guidelines, proficient in social media management and strategy, and knowledgeable about restoring deactivated business accounts.
