Persaonal brand Instagram growth

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me grow my Instagram following. I currently have less than 1000 followers and I am actively posting on Instagram. My goal with this project is to grow my followers.

The username has great potential, it's combination of 2 very trending words, 7 letters. The Instagram page has had incredible reach in the past but haven't been active for a few weeks. It would be original content and structuring the page to look attractive, posting and managing it.
I have a lot of clips that can be used.
