Need facebook + instagram expert to create an application

We are developing a panel and chatbots for instagram , we have developed panel + custom inbox for instagram and we allow our clients to connect their instagram to our panel and use our chatbots , we have created an application on facebook , app is on development mode and when we want to go to live mode facebook rejects us or we face different problems , we need some one who has a great knowledge of facebook and instagram and app creation to help us pass this level and be on the live mode !
