Musician social media management. Grow Fanbase organically.

I am looking for a social media manager to help grow my musician/actor fanbase organically on Instagram. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management software (HOOTSUITE or Later, etc...) and understand the music and entertainment industry.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in growing musician fanbase on Instagram and TikTok
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices
- Ability to create and curate engaging video content (I have tons of footage, need help deciding and editing)
- Familiarity with music industry trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- I do not need a SEO specialist. Please stop.
Tasks:
- Develop a social media strategy to increase followers and engagement
- Create and post high-quality video content that aligns with my brand
- Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and stories
- Use hashtags and other tactics to reach new audiences
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure success
