IG Lockout Help?

I am locked out of Instagram. I need someone to help me get my account open again. It's so frustrating. This is what it says...

If I try to login on my computer it says go to my phone APP and then on my phone app, I see my profile photo but then the screen turns just white.

Can someone help me fix this?
