Instragram posts to TIK TOK

I am looking for someone that on a monthly basis can copy the existing posts from Instagram to TIK TOK, TWITTER, FB. This means the existing posts and then when new ones come integrate them on TIK TOK etc.
Also need help how to enable to feature of having grid posts with music, itdoesnt show anymore.
