Instagram disabled

I’m a big influencer who’s very inspiring but One day I was on Instagram and received a notification that my account was supposedly disabled for violating terms of conditions, by the way I didn’t , at the time my account was compromised and I had no control over it , I sent in verification code that I was emailed and I even went to the headquarters to try and get it back but due to covid I wasn’t able to go inside but I still haven’t heard anything back in regards to the account being reactivated after making a in person and online appeal for the account
