Instagram Marketing Manager

I am looking for a manager for my Instagram account.
The task is to create a content that has the goal that the follower quantity increases.
The account is about us a travel family. We were 2 years on the road with a camper. Since one year we have a caravan and live permanently in it.
We travel in Southern Europe and Asia with children and a dog.
Your task should be to adapt the pictures and videos that I send you for Instagram and to design the content so that the follower number increases. The language will be english and german.
That means you will create posts, stories and reels on a daily basis.
The salary is 40€ per month and will be paid at the end of each month. If the number of followers rises above 5.000 and 10.000 the salary will increase.
