Instagram Creator Subscription Feature Fix

I'm experiencing an issue with Instagram's creator subscribe feature as a creator. Last week instagram gave me access to the feature to use, something I have been patiently waiting for access too.

I entered in my tax information upon request. And then I started having issues....

I cannot upload posts to my subscriber only feed - they just won't fully upload. I cant create a welcome post either. Even though my account has a green tick next to monetisation subscribe and status is active with no policy violations there is a status also of Inegliable in red.

I have spoken to meta directly and they gave me instructions to report the issue which then leads to an automative email response to say "thank you for the feedback" - I don't seem to be getting anywhere. It does seem like an instagram bug. I have updated my apple phone software, deleted the app and reinstalled about a zillion times. Nothing I do seems to rectify the issue.
