Instagram Account Recovery Assistance

I am looking for an individual based in India to assist me with a specific technical support request regarding a Meta (Instagram) account recovery case.
Background:
A friend of mine in Turkey is currently experiencing issues with their Instagram account, which was mistakenly disabled. Requirements:
You must be physically located in India to access the required regional support portal.
Clear and professional communication.
Prior experience or understanding of Meta/Instagram support workflows is a plus.
