About the Role
Do you love working with influencers and engaging with social media? We are looking for an Influencer Marketing VA to support our growth. In this role, you’ll connect with influencers, especially on Instagram and YouTube, and help us drive our influencer strategies and campaigns. You’ll play an essential part in building relationships that bring our brand to new audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with influencers using our templates
Scout new and emerging talent to bring fresh faces to our campaigns
Research competitor influencers to refine our approach
Maintain and update our influencer database
Stay on top of influencer trends, platforms, and best practices
Contribute ideas for creative and unique influencer campaigns
Meet tight deadlines and ensure smooth campaign execution
Track and report campaign performance using spreadsheets
Monitor influencer posts daily to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery
Requirements
Dependable and goal-oriented with a proven track record in influencer outreach
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated self-starter with a strategic mindset
Part-time availability, with remote flexibility
Open to learning new influencer marketing tools
Negotiation skills are a plus
