Facebook Business Manager

I have had my business Facebook for 10 years. I have had multiple issues:
1. My product was linked to Shopify and flagged due to its images
2. My identity was compromised and I lost my Facebook and IG for 2 years
Now Facebook and instagram do not have faith in me and my brand. I do not have an IG shop even though I am a business.
I need help sorting this out. I have talked to instagram and they said I need to post daily on instagram in order for instagram to have faith in me.
I need my product on Facebook revised so images and words are complaint with Facebook.

I need help sorting this out. I can post daily on instagram but I need help setting up both Facebook and instagram, as legit businesses again with shopping carts.
