Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and posting engaging content that aligns with my branding guidelines
- Engaging with followers and responding to comments in a timely and professional manner
- Analyzing performance metrics and providing insights to improve content strategy
- Tracking KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion rates
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in managing Instagram accounts (specifically authors, books, or related content)
- Adept at content creation and social media marketing
- Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and suggest improvements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with the target audience (authors, book lovers, content creators, entrepreneurs, businesses, lifestyle, travel, fashion, education)
