Excel & Instagram VA Support

I need a dependable assistant who can keep my spreadsheets spotless while maintaining a consistent presence on Instagram. Each day you’ll take raw figures, drop them into Excel, apply straightforward formulas, clean up the layout, and double-check every cell for accuracy. The work is repetitive, but precision is non-negotiable.
Once the numbers are squared away, you’ll hop over to Instagram to draft or publish posts, write crisp captions, and spend a few minutes interacting with followers. I usually work in the native app, but if you’re comfortable with Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite that’s a welcome bonus.
Deliverables
• Daily updated Excel file with clean formatting and accurate figures
• Instagram posts published or scheduled in line with the weekly plan
• Short end-of-day report summarizing progress and any questions
I’ll supply templates, brand guidelines, and step-by-step instructions so you can hit the ground running. Clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable turnaround times will make this an ongoing partnership.
