fix instgram posting issues

I have an issue in Instagram which I’m looking for someone to assist urgently.
Whenever I post a good quality photo it appear as low quality, and somehow it’s being converted from normal video to reels where the Quality die.
And it change the thumbnail of the video .
However, When I change the account and I Upload same video and it just Uploaded like a normal video not a real, it’s working fine so the issue with the account
