Website Rescue & Instagram UGC Campaign

Two of my websites went offline after a malware attack and I need them back up fast. The job starts with a full clean-up: isolate and remove every malicious file, restore normal loading, and close whatever vulnerability let the attack in. Once both sites are stable I also want basic hardening—updated plugins, a fresh backup, and a lightweight firewall so we don’t end up here again.

Right after the sites are healthy I want to shift focus to a user-generated content push on Instagram. TikTok can be echoed later, but Instagram is the priority. The goal is to turn existing customers into creators: spark challenges, collect their photos or short clips, and repost the best submissions to our feed and Stories to drive engagement.

Deliverables
• Two fully functional, malware-free websites, plus a brief security report outlining the fixes and preventive steps taken.
• An Instagram UGC campaign pack: concept, content calendar, submission guidelines, hashtags, posting schedule, and a simple tracking sheet to measure reach and engagement. Optionally include adapted assets for TikTok if time allows.
