We are launching new Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels (all currently at 0 followers) in the women’s health & wellness niche.
Our goal: grow to 50k+ followers on Instagram within 3 months, while building Facebook and TikTok in parallel.
We already have a library of 100 professionally produced videos (all in German with subtitles), ready to be published. Content targets German-speaking women, while also reaching English-speaking audiences.
Your role:

Run paid campaigns to acquire quality, targeted followers (women in Germany / DACH region + English-speaking women).
Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for maximum reach.
Provide weekly growth reports (followers, engagement, ROI from paid campaigns).
Requirements:
Proven success in building accounts from 0 to 50k+ followers (please show examples).
Experience in growing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok simultaneously.
Expertise in combining organic growth + paid ads for faster scaling.
Understanding of German-speaking markets and multilingual content optimization.
Ability to provide a clear cost plan (your fees + paid ads budget required to hit 50k).
