Part-Time Instagram Manager Needed

Ozera Studio is looking for a Creative & Social Media Executive to handle daily content and audience growth. The role includes creating reels and posts, editing short videos, preparing product mockups, researching trends, writing captions, posting and scheduling content, and—most importantly—managing collaborations with small and mid-size creators. This includes reaching out to creators, arranging reel collaborations, coordinating deliverables, sending sample artworks, and ensuring consistent partnership flow to grow the brand. The candidate must engage with followers, maintain the brand’s premium aesthetic, follow instructions, and deliver results consistently. Knowledge of Instagram, basic design tools, video editing apps, and collaboration/outreach strategies is required. This is a part-time role requiring 3–4 hours of work per day.
