Optimize Manychat Instagram Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I run an online course business and already rely on Manychat to handle my Instagram DM conversations. The foundations are in place, but I need a true Manychat specialist to squeeze every drop of performance out of what I’ve built.
Here’s what I’m looking for, urgently:
• Pull every email my bots have captured and make them usable—whether that’s a clean CSV export or a live sync to my email platform.
• Audit and fully optimize all existing Instagram flows. I want tighter, faster message sequences, smarter segmentation, and near-instant response times so engagement goes up, not down.
• Double-check the Instagram integration itself: keyword triggers, comment automations, story replies, entry points—anything that touches IG must be rock solid.
Acceptance criteria
– Emails export correctly with no duplicates and include opt-in timestamps.
– Message flows reach the right segment in three clicks or fewer and respond in under five seconds.
– Test conversations from my main IG account complete without errors and push the contact to the correct sequence.
