I am not looking for a content creator, editor, or designer.
I am looking for a technical Meta Ads & Reels scaling specialist who understands how to use Facebook Reels/Carousel as a viral acceleration engine to grow:
• Followers
• Reel views
• Comments & saves
• Organic Instagram reach
This role is purely distribution, testing, and scaling.

What You Will Do (Primary Responsibilities)
1. Meta Reels Distribution (CORE TASK)
You will:
• Promote selected Instagram Reels via Meta Ads Manager
• Enable Facebook Reels + Facebook Feed placements
• Use Facebook as a testing and acceleration platform
• Drive engagement (comments, saves, watch time)
• Trigger Instagram’s organic push

You will:
• Review my existing Reels
• Recommend which Reels to push to Meta
• Suggest hook variations (first 1–2 seconds)
• Test multiple hooks per Reel where needed
• Identify winning hook patterns

Performance Feedback (Strategic, Not Reports)
You will:
• Tell me what works and why
• Advise: What to post more of, What to stop boosting, What type of hooks go viral in my niche, Focus on growth, not vanity metrics
