Manychat Instagram Flow for Real Estate Lead Generation (Dubai!)

I'm looking for a skilled Manychat developer to create an engaging flow aimed at generating leads for a Dubai based real estate business. The main goal is (a) to drive traffic to the website and then afterward (b) collect potential clients' contact details.
Key Requirements:
- Create a Manychat flow that effectively encourages website visits and captures contact information.
- The flow should gather specific information: visitors' names, email addresses, phone numbers, and their intentions to purchase properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Ras Al-Khaimah.
- The flow must be user-friendly and engaging, to maximize lead generation.
- The automation may include to revisit the visitor after a period of time to gather more information.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Manychat and chatbot development.
- Prior experience in lead generation for the real estate sector is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of user engagement strategies.
The audience is German speaking, but you may set up the flow in English and we will translate it to German
